What's the one question customers ask you most often about your products or services?
Refunds. We don't do them. We will replace your product if it's broken during shipping.
What kind of personalization can customers request (e.g., images, text, logos)? What are the limitations?
No limitations. We will work with your vision as much as we can.
What's the typical turnaround time for a custom order, and how does shipping work?
Depends on the order size. Typically 1-3 days. Local customers can pick up at our office in Beaufort, South Carolina.
What's your policy on returns or addressing issues with custom orders?
